Executive Committee
The Executive Committee consists of the Mayor, Deputy Mayor and two Councillors.
The purpose of the Executive Committee is to facilitate a fair and equitable CEO performance review process on an annual basis inclusive of establishing a Council Committee to be known as the Executive Committee and requiring the engagement of a qualified independent advisor with skills and experience in human resource management to assist in the conduct of the annual performance review process.
