Barunga West Council is pleased to advise that its 2026/27 round of Community Grants open on Friday 17 July 2026.
The Council has allocated $40,000 in 2026/27 for the purposes of Community Grants. We are now inviting applications from any group in the Council area for grant funding to a maximum of $10,000 for a specific project.
Applications will close at 5pm on Friday 14 August 2026.
All groups will need to ensure that you have read and understood the 2026/27 Community Grants Scheme Application Guidelines.
All applications must be submitted on a prescribed form, which can be downloaded here 2026/27 Community Grants Application.
Successful applicants are required to complete an Evaluation Report and Acquittal by 31 May 2027.
Following the close of applications, Council will decide which projects receive funding.
