Mayor Leonie Kerley said the school holiday program was a great opportunity for families to explore the region and support local businesses and community groups.
“There is a fantastic range of activities happening across the Top of the Yorke these school holidays, with something for all ages and interests,” Mayor Kerley said.
“Whether you are looking for a family-friendly activity, a great meal, live music, markets, sport or simply an opportunity to get out and enjoy our coastal communities, there are plenty of reasons to make a day of it or stay for a few nights.
“These events are also a great reflection of the enthusiasm and effort of our local businesses, community groups and volunteers, who continue to create opportunities for our community and visitors to enjoy.”
With activities spread across more than a week, visitors are encouraged to plan ahead, check event details and booking requirements, and make the most of their time in the Top of the Yorke.
