Mayor Leonie Kerley said the grants provide an important opportunity for local groups to progress projects that benefit their communities.

“Local volunteers do an enormous amount to keep our sporting clubs and community facilities operating, and these grants help support the work they do,” Mayor Kerley said.

“It’s great to see funding supporting practical projects across our region that will make these facilities safer, more accessible and welcoming for the people who use them.”

Council congratulates all successful applicants and looks forward to seeing the projects delivered across the Barunga West community.
